The CNMI America250 Commission is a dedicated body established to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events and activities in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) in observance of a significant national milestone—the 250th anniversary of the United States' independence on July 4, 2026. The CNMI America250 Commission was formally established through Executive Order No. 2024-007, signed by the Governor of the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands on the 8th day of August, 2024. This executive order provided the legal foundation for the formation of the Commission, outlining its structure, responsibilities, and authority to carry out its mission effectively.
